Privacy policy

When you register for an event we collect your name, phone number and, if you give them, your WhatsApp number, email address and your answers to the event's questions.

• To manage your registration, confirm your seat and check you in at the event.
• To contact you about the event (for example a change of time or a cancellation).
• To send you news about future events, only if you ticked the optional box.

Only Kojo Space team members who organise the event. We do not sell or share your details. Event pages never show participant information.

After registering you get a private link to your status page. Anyone with that link can see your registration, so please keep it to yourself.

We count page views and registrations per event, per day, to improve our events. We do not store IP addresses or track you across websites.

You can cancel your registration at any time from your status page. To ask for your data to be corrected or deleted, contact Kojo Space.
